Terms of Service & Payment Policy

Please read our terms carefully to understand your rights, responsibilities, and how we ensure the best experience for our clients.

1. Scope of Services

C&S Spotless Cleaning provides professional cleaning services, including residential and commercial. The specific scope of work will be outlined in the client’s service agreement or invoice. Any additional tasks requested outside the original agreement may result in an adjusted rate or a separate quote.

2. Scheduling and Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is accessible at the agreed time. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $30 late cancellation fee.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due on the day of service unless other arrangements are made in writing. Accepted methods include Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Check, or Credit/Debit Card. Late payments after 5 days incur a $25 late fee, and unpaid balances after 30 days may be sent to collections.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If a client is not fully satisfied with the cleaning, C&S Spotless Cleaning must be notified within 24 hours. We will return to correct the issue at no cost. Refunds are not issued after a re-cleaning has been offered.

5. Liability and Safety

Our cleaners are trained and insured. We are not liable for damage due to pre-existing wear, improper installation, or unstable items. We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe or unsanitary conditions.

6. Price Adjustments

Prices are based on property size and condition. Rates may change due to pet hair, odor, excessive dirt, or additional requested services. Clients are notified before adjustments.

7. Recurring Services

Clients booking recurring cleanings receive discounted rates. If the recurring service is canceled after one visit, the one-time rate applies for that visit.

8. Cancellation of Services

Either party may cancel services with one week’s notice. We reserve the right to terminate for non-payment, repeated cancellations, or inappropriate behavior toward staff.

9. Payment Agreement

By booking or confirming service with C&S Spotless Cleaning, the client acknowledges and agrees to all listed terms and policies.
